Ever since 2005, we have made sure that every parcel that goes out is discreet. The only person to know what's inside is you. If you want your order tomorrow, we can arrange that or if you don't mind waiting you can choose our 3-5 day option.

When will I receive my order?

We offer a variety of different delivery option so you can choose the one that suits you best. Our Royal Mail Special Delivery is very popular and gets to you guaranteed by 1pm the next day, even on Saturdays, it’s the perfect option for fast and discreet delivery. All orders placed before 4pm on weekdays will arrive the next working day. Our next service is the Royal Mail 1-2 working days delivery where your package will be with you within 48 hours. Finally, we have our Royal Mail 3-5 working days delivery which is free for all orders above £50. Our 1-2 days and 3-5 days delivery options also come with delivery status SMS and emails, so you know when you will receive your parcel.

All our UK delivery options come with a tracking number, so you can always keep track of your parcel. All orders placed over the weekend will be packed and dispatched on Monday morning, and Tuesday in the event of a bank holiday.

What will my parcel look like?

To ensure your discretion, your order will arrive in plain tamper-proof packaging with its contents concealed so that there is no indication of what is inside the parcel. Sometimes we may place a return address on your parcel. This is shown as Click Leaf Ltd, and there is no way of identifying VigRX as the sender. To make sure that everything you do is kept discreet, your credit or debit card statement will simply show a charge to Click Leaf Ltd, so even on your card statement there is no way of knowing where you spent your money.

What if I am out when my order arrives?

In order to help prevent this from occurring, you can use your tracking number to keep tabs on where your parcel is to give you a better idea of when it will be delivered. If you're out when the courier calls, your courier will leave a card telling you that they tried to deliver, with a number you should call to rearrange delivery. We will also attempt to contact you to rearrange delivery.

Where does VigRX deliver to?

VigRX delivers to the whole of the United Kingdom and over 50 other nations worldwide. Delivery costs will depend on the country from which you are ordering from. The amount of time that it takes for your order to arrive will also depend on where you are ordering from. International deliveries will usually take around 5-10 days to arrive.

Can my delivery address be different?

Yes, you can arrange for your order to be delivered to the address that is the most convenient for you. You can arrange for your order to be delivered to your work address or to a friend's house if you are unable to receive your order at home. Remember, because we only package your order in plain packaging with all the contents concealed, nobody needs to know what you have ordered.

Do I need to sign up for my delivery?

A signature is required upon delivery if you choose the Royal Mail Special Delivery option. All UPS deliveries will also require a signature upon delivery.

My order hasn't arrived yet, what should I do?

If your order has not arrived on the date that it was supposed to then you can use your tracking number to find out where it is. Your courier may have already tried to deliver your order.
